A leading voice for veterans across the United States, Justin leverages his own experience as a veteran combined with a decade of advocacy work to provide expert insight and guidance to ensure program success.

Justin is the Chief Business Development Officer at JobPath, the fastest growing veteran employment platform in the country. He also served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring our Heroes program for several years and has provided consulting services and workshops for Military.com.

Besides his newest book about hiring, onboarding and retaining military veterans, Justin’s articles on military issues and veteran employment have been featured in media outlets such as The Washington Post, CNN, Fox News, The Atlantic, and Stars & Stripes. Justin was asked to ring the closing Nasdaq bell in 2017 honoring Veterans Day, was nominated by President Obama as a Champion of Change for Veterans, and was one of the wounded warriors painted by President Bush in his book, Portraits of Courage.

Justin serves on the Board of Directors of the Wounded Warrior Project, PsychArmor and Semper Max. In 2015, he co-founded his own nonprofit, the Veterans Success Resource Group. He is also an Ambassador for USA Cares, a member of First Data’s Military Advisory Council, and served on the four-year Congressionally-mandated Department of Defense Recovering Warrior Task Force.
