Why Justin

A leading voice for veterans across the United States, Justin leverages his own experience as a veteran combined with a decade of advocacy work to provide expert insight and guidance to ensure program success.

Justin has been a Senior Advisor at the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes program for several years, and served on the Board of Directors of the Wounded Warrior Project, PsychArmor, Give An Hour, and Semper Max. He is also an Ambassador for USA Cares, a member of First Data’s Military Advisory Council, and served on the Congressionally-mandated Department of Defense Recovering Warrior Task Force.

In a past collaboration with, Justin provided consulting services and workshops for companies related to their veteran hiring programs. Having developed a comprehensive evaluative process, Justin now offers his consulting services to companies interested in ensuring the success of their own veteran hiring program.
